Nuno Felted Scarf

Melissa will teach you how to make scarfs using a technique known as “Nuno Felting” (or wet felting). Your personal roving colors, accessories, and texture choices will combine into a one of a kind wearable statement piece that you’ll start creating as soon as you sit down with your fiber! The process is simple and fun! This is a 3-hour class and includes personal instruction and all supplies needed to make your amazing scarf. You’ll be guided as you begin to lay out the design, how to spot mistakes and correct them. Other topics will include adding embellishments. Materials are available to purchase to continue your creativity with your newfound skill.

BOHO Shawl

Kathy will teach you how to make shawls using a triangular loom or Tri-Loom. Your personal yarn color and texture choices will combine into a one of a kind wearable statement piece that you’ll start weaving as soon as you sit down with your loom! These looms are handmade and simple to use once you learn the process. This is a 5-hour class and includes personal instruction and all supplies needed to make a shawl/cowl. You’ll be guided as you begin to weave, how to spot mistakes and correct them. Other topics will include adding embellishments. Looms and yarn are available to purchase to continue your creativity with your newfound skill.

Felted Gnome

Melissa will teach you how to make cute needle felted gnomes using roving, a needle, and a foam cube. This is an awesome hobby to work out your frustrations. Your personal color and texture choices will combine into a one of a kind work of art that you’ll start creating as soon as you sit down with your needle and foam block! The process is simple to learn. This is a 2-hour class and includes personal instruction and all supplies needed to make a felted gnome. You’ll be guided as you begin to shape your gnome, how to spot mistakes and correct them. Other topics will include adding embellishments. Supplies are available to purchase to continue your creativity with your newfound skill.
